Worth knowing: Google will also make you a review QR code from that same screen, but only from a computer browser, not on mobile. If a standard black code is all you need and you are at a computer, Google's is perfectly good. Use this one if you are on your phone, want the code in your brand color, or need a vector SVG that stays sharp on a sign.

A sign that says "Tell us how we did" is fine. "Leave 5 stars for 10% off" is not.
A static code is free and works as long as your review link does. It cannot tell you anything, though. If you put the same code on the counter, the receipts and the takeout bags, you will never know which one people actually scan.
